We investigated many business opportunities and did not set out looking for a business in gutter contractor services. But after meeting the leadership team of The Brothers that just do Gutters and experiencing their culture, we immediately knew they had something special that we wanted to be a part of. The Brothers have a proven method of success for building a winning team and becoming the industry leader in our territory. We look forward to building our team and delivering a top-notch experience to the home and business owners of our Tri-Cities area.
In 1999, Ken Parsons made a significant career shift, departing from the teaching industry to establish his own gutter contracting enterprise, which he named Waterfall Seamless Gutters. Not long after, in 2002, Ken’s younger brother, Ryan Parsons, joined the company following the unfortunate crash of the graphic design firm he had been employed with.
The trajectory of the company’s name saw a transformation in 2006, as the brothers briefly rebranded to Water-flow Gutter Solutions, ultimately settling on the widely recognized name “The Brothers that just do Gutters” in 2009. Interestingly, this name was the outcome of a successful radio advertisement that resonated deeply with their audience, ultimately leading Ken and Ryan to embrace it as the official company name.
Accompanying the name change were significant shifts in titles. Rejecting conventional designations such as salesmen, presidents, or owners, the company opted for the unique term Solutionists©, epitomizing their dedication to providing effective solutions for their clients. Ken Parsons assumed the role of Senior Solutionist©, while Ryan Parsons took on the mantle of Chief Solutionist©.
Over their 15-year tenure in the gutter contractor services industry, The Brothers that just do Gutters have demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and persevere. Their enduring success can be attributed to their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Offering an array of gutter contractor services including installations, cleaning, and repairs in the niche field of seamless rain gutters and leaf guards, the company has solidified its reputation by prioritizing the reliability of its services and the provision of market-leading products. By concentrating all their efforts on enhancing gutter systems and guards, they have successfully cultivated a loyal customer base built on trust and quality service.
Our mantra, “Reinventing Contractor Service™” is the phrase we live by in all areas of our business, every day. The story of The Brothers that just do Gutters began with hard work and a dream to be a community-loved contractor. We wanted to reinvent how clients experience contractor services and provide a level of customer service and reliability that was lacking in our industry.
Along the way, we had to learn to move at the speed of business and invent many new methods never before implemented in the contractor field. Meeting our goal of being a five-star contractor and reinventing contractor service meant focusing on every detail of the job. By creating a unique experience with the homeowner, investing in our employees, sourcing the best products, and creating training methods for publishing every review a homeowner made on our independent review services, we started to rise above the rest.
