Why we just do gutters

We hear the question “Why don’t you guys offer other services” quite often. The short answer is, we want be able to “master our craft.” Strictly providing gutter services has allowed us the opportunity to focus 100% of our attention on mastering our skills in not only guttering, but customer service.

For The Brothers that just do Gutters, focusing on value is huge. We want to be the first, and possibly the only, contractor that comes to mind when you are thinking of having gutter work done. We are a value based company concentrated on providing not only the best service to each and every client and area we service, but also the best material and product. By just doing gutters, we are able to fully focus on researching the best products and materials on the market and perfecting our skill level, and techniques. When we discover a material that is better than what we are currently using we immediately add it to our product list. We take a lot of pride in our work and the service we provide to our clients.

Being in such a niche market has allowed us the opportunity to focus on other aspects of the business too, like customer service. Creating a contact center is what took us to the next level and helped us to avoid being that “typical contractor.” Organized scheduling and communication with our clients is essential to our business.

We would rather perfect one craft and work to be the best in the business in this specific area, than have our hands in too many different jars and just be “ok” at each service. Imagine if we started offering roofing services, painting services, gutters and landscaping. How could we focus on providing an excellent service for each of those? Inevitably, each service would become an after thought instead of a propriety. Often the best work, and solutions comes out of those that are truly passionate about what they do. We live, breathe, and think gutters. Passion is what we pride our company, and all our employees on. Because of this, we’ve been able to grow as a business and as individuals, put systems in place that we know work, and most importantly concentrate on providing the ultimate experience and service for all of our clients. We have become very skilled at our craft after extensive training, growth, and hyper focus, and for those reasons, we just do gutters.
